Loganair connects Jersey to Paris for the first time

Loganair, the UK’s leading regional airline, has inaugurated its first-ever direct flight from Jersey to Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport. The service, which began on 31 May, marks a significant milestone in the airline’s expansion efforts to improve connectivity for the Channel Islands. The new route will operate on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, offering Jersey residents access to over 390 global destinations via Paris.

The launch is part of Loganair’s broader summer 2026 expansion, which includes a new route to Bordeaux starting on 19 June and recently commenced services to East Midlands. Flights to Paris-Charles de Gaulle are available from £89.

Ronnie Matheson, Loganair’s chief commercial officer, expressed pride in the airline’s first venture into France, stating, “Our continued investment and growth across the Channel Islands is significant, and Paris-Charles de Gaulle is the third of four new summer destinations that have launched from Jersey over the last few weeks.”

Paul Holley, head of connectivity at Ports of Jersey, highlighted the benefits of the new routes, saying, “These direct services provide excellent connectivity for Islanders whilst representing an opportunity for Jersey to reach new markets.”

Loganair passengers enjoy a 21kg baggage allowance as standard, enhancing the value for longer stays and multi-stop trips. The airline was also recognised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority as the most punctual major airline for UK arrivals and departures in 2025, with 81% of flights on time.
